Ingredients to make gram flour-onion vegetable

Onion- 4-5
Finely chopped onions- 2
Besan- 1-2 cups
Curd- 4-5 tablespoons
Tomato paste- 3 tablespoons
Finely chopped green chillies- 5-6
Ginger-garlic paste- 2 tablespoons
Cumin- 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida- 2 pinch
Coriander powder- 2 tablespoons
Turmeric Powder- 2 teaspoons
Celery- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Red chili powder- 2 tablespoons (as per taste)
Roasted cumin powder- 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala- 2 teaspoons
Mustard oil- 4-5 tbsp
Green coriander- finely chopped

Method of making gram flour-onion vegetable

step 1: To make gram flour onion vegetables, first of all, put oil in a fry pan on medium gas and keep it to heat it. When the oil is well heated, add cumin, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and onion and fry for two minutes. After this, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and mix it with a spoon. After mixing well, add tomatoes and fry it while stirring it until it becomes soft. Then add a little water and cover it for two to three minutes, so that all the spices are cooked well.

Step- 2: To make dumplings on the other hand, prepare by making gram flour, onion, celery, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, green coriander, salt, a pinch of red chili powder and a solution in a bowl. After the scheduled time, make dumplings and keep putting it in the gravy. After this, add a little water and cook it again for 3 to 4 minutes. Finally, add garam masala and stir and garnish the gas by adding green coriander over it and turn off the gas. You can serve this gram flour onion vegetable with rice or paratha.
