If you have only 1 cup of yogurt in your fridge, then you can make these 5 tremendous dishes. This includes raita to side dishes, sandwiches, rice and curry. It is also very easy to make them. Whenever you feel like you, you can quickly make the dishes made from these curd.

5 curd recipe

Silence Raita- Raita, a freshness made of spices and hing.
Curd Tadka- A quick dish made by putting a temper in the whipped curd.
Chukuni- Sour spicy curd dish of Uttarakhand.
Curd toast- Fun and healthy sandwich made of curd.
Curd rice- South Indian style curd rice, extremely digestible and light for the stomach.

1. Silence Raita

1 cup curd
1 cup of water
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp green chillies (chopped)
Taste salt
2 tablespoons mustard oil
1 clay lamp
1 teaspoon cumin
4 teaspoons asafoetida

Method of making silence raita
Whisk yogurt and water well. Add salt, red chili powder and green chili to it. Make a temper by adding cumin and asafetida to mustard oil. Put this tempering in a clay lamp and burn it immediately on the curd mixture so that the smoke is filled inside. Serve cold.
