However, this dish is not pakoras, but something different and its name is Paneer Vell. It is not only wonderful in taste, but it is also very easy to make. From breakfast to evening snacks on Sunday, you can enjoy it at any time.

In this cold and wet season of monsoon, you will often eat pakoras. But, today we are telling you how to make a dish, after eating you will be like feeling pakoras. But, this food item is completely different and its name is some thus Paneer shells. It is not only tasty to eat, but it is also easy to make and from breakfast to evening snacks, it can be eaten in any form.

To make this recipe, first you have to take cheese grated. Then mix 1 cup of maize flour or gram flour, 2 medium sized boiled potatoes, 2 teaspoons finely chopped green chillies, 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger, 1 handful of chopped coriander, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon of licking masala, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, taste and little oil (fry). Also, keep some cashews or raisins to keep within each shell.

First of all, add cheese, boiled mashed potatoes, green chillies, ginger, green coriander, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt and mix well in a deep pot. After this, your spice will be fully ready.

At the same time, to tie a mixture of cheese-potato balls, add maize flour or gram flour to it. The mixture should be so thick that its shells can be made. In this way your recipe mixture will be fully prepared.

Now make small balls with this mixture. If you want, you can keep a raisins or half cashews inside every circle, because adding cashews and raisins in this way increases the taste even more, which makes it look great when this pakoras ball is very good when eating in the rain.

When your shells are ready, heat the oil in the pan and fry these balls on medium flame slowly till they turn golden. At the same time, take out the fried balls on the tissue paper, so that the excess oil comes out. In this way, excess oil of balls will come out and they will appear absolutely red and crocodile.

You can serve these balls with any chutney or sauce. If it is raining, then the fun of eating them with tea is different. Most of the people in big cities make such goals and enjoy them in the rain.

To eat potato cheese balls, we can make green chutney in our house. First of all, we have to take tomatoes, green chillies, coriander and mint. We can grind all these items well in silbatta or grinder. When it grinds well, it is ready to eat, and it is something else to eat it with balls.
