Required material-

For lentils:
Soaked Overnight – 1 Cup
Chana dal (soaked) – 4 cups
Water – 5 cups
Salt – as per taste

For the first early morning:
Ghee or oil – 2 tablespoons
Cumin – 2 tsp
Garlic (chopped) – 2 tablespoons
Ginger (chopped) – 2 tablespoons
Onion (chopped) – ½ cup
Green chili (incision) – 2
Tomato (chopped) – ½ cup
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 TableSpoon
Butter – 2 tablespoons
Coriander leaf – a little

For second temper:
Ghee – 2 tablespoons
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 2 Tsp

Recipe
-Put a little salt in 5 cups of water soaked in every morning and cook on medium flame for 30 minutes until the lentils become soft and creamy. Keep stirring in between so that the lentils do not appear in the bottom.
