Dahi Papad Sabzi Recipe: Rajasthani Dahi Papad Vegetable is a spicy, spicy and early recipe. Serve it with rice or roti. The materials include papad, curd, spices and mustard oil.

Ingredients:
Papad-3-4 (roasted and broken)
Mustard oil – 2 tablespoons
Cumin – 1 tsp
Rye (mustard) – ½ tsp
Fennel – ½ tsp
Fast leaves – 1
Asafoetida – 4 tsp
Onion (chopped) – 1 medium
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli – 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Black salt – ½ tsp
Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli – Finely chopped
Curd – 1 cup (fresh and folded)
Dry red chili-1-2
Garam Masala – 4 Tsp
Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp (crushed)
Green coriander – for decoration
Taste salt
Water – about 1 cup
Step 1: Prepare Papad
First of all, roast the papad on the pan. Then break them by hand and keep them in a plate.
Step 2: Prepare curd masala solution
Take curd in a big bowl. Mix coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, Kashmiri chilli, black salt and some water and whisk well. This solution will add life to both taste and color.
