Charota Bhaji and Dal Mix Vegetable is the traditional and nutritious recipe of Chhattisgarh, which is very easy to make. To make it, first of all, clean the Charota Bhaji and cut it finely and soak the arhar dal for 15-20 minutes and cook in the cooker with turmeric, water and salt for two whistles. Then heat the oil in a pan. Apply a tempering of mustard or cumin, chopped garlic, green chillies and dry red chillies. After this, add finely chopped onion and fry till it becomes golden. Then add tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft. Now add chopped Charota Bhaji and fry for 2-3 minutes and mix cooked dal and mix well. If needed, add some water and add salt as per taste. Cover the vegetable and cook on low flame for 7-10 minutes so that the bhaji and lentils become well. Finally add finely chopped coriander and serve with hot rice or roti.
