3. Then add fenugreek seeds, cumin, black pepper and dry red chili. Fry it on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

4. When all things roast well, add curry leaves and asafoetida to it and run 30 seconds.

5. Now turn off the gas and let this mixture cool down completely.

6. After cooling, add fine powder by putting it in a mixer or grinder.

7. Then add turmeric powder and mix well.
