At the same time, red showerma is spicy and spicy due to red chili and other sharp spices. There is light red or dark orange in color. The taste of white showerma is lighter, while the red one gives you a spicy taste with spices.

Curd is added to the flour so that the yeast comes to it and it is cooked on low flame. So that instead of burning, he becomes soft and flexible. Many people also use yeast in bread so that taste and texture is better.
