Namkeen with gram dal made here is sent not only in Ballia, but also from Delhi, Mumbai, Gujarat, Assam to abroad.
To make this salty, gram dal is first soaked in water overnight. In the morning it is washed and dried well and then crisp in oil is fried. After this, peanuts are also fried according to the need. Then cumin, black pepper, plain salt, black salt and chili powder are added to it. This desi temper makes it special.
Sanjay says that his customers say that if tea is found with this salty, then the fun becomes double. This is the reason why this salty has become the choice of people of all ages. At the price of 200 rupees per kg, this delicious salty not only gives flavor, but also does not fall heavily on the pocket.
