Ingredients to make Soya Manchurian
1 t spoon- Ginger-garlic paste
3 tablespoons- Corn Floor
2 tablespoons- maida
1 T Spoon- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
2 Puts- chopped garlic
3 tablespoons- finely chopped onion
4 tablespoons- green offer
1/4 cup- capsicum chopped
1 tablespoon-chilli sauce
1 tablespoon-soy sauce
2 tablespoon-tomato sauce
1 tablespoon-vinegar
To fry- oil
Tastes- salt

To easily make tasty soy Manchurian at home, add 3 cups of hot water in a bowl. Then add 1 cup of soy chunks and soak it for 15 minutes. After this, remove the soy chunks and squeeze its water. Now transfer soy chunks to a mixing bowl. After this, add ginger-garlic paste, corn floor, maida and one teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder and mix. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Then add soy chunks to it and deep fry them till they become crisp. After this, take out the fried soy in a bowl.
Now take another pan and heat it by adding three teaspoons of oil to it. Then add chopped 2 pussy garlic and fry them. After some time, add chopped onion and green onion in the pan and fry them too. When the onion is soft, add capsicum. Then add chilli sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, soy sauce and a little salt and cook on high flame. Cook all the ingredients on high flame. When the mixture becomes soft, add fried soy chunks in it and mix well with the mixture. After some time take soya Manchurian out of a cervical plate. Finally garnish it with green onion. Now you can serve it.
