Chole Bhature, built by Parul Nishad at the Yadav Hotel in Bhanthgaon Chowk, Raipur, has made a special identity. A special recipe of soft and Phule Bhature contains a balanced mix of maida, curd and soda.
Parul Nishad says that his Bhaturas are soft and Phule Phule, whose secret is the way of using the right material and special preparation. They say, curd is added to the flour to make Bhatura soft. At the same time, soda is used to inflate them. Both of these things make a big difference between taste and texture.
Parul says that the price of Chole Bhature at his shop is Rs 50 per plate, in which 2 bhatura and delicious chickpeas are served. On an average, 150 plates of Chole Bhature are sold very comfortably. The choice of customers can be gauged from the fact that from morning to afternoon, their shop is constantly crowded.
Parul says that we want people to feel the same taste at home, so we tell our recipes. Even if you make it in the house, the same inflated and soft bhatura can be ready as it is found in our shop.
