  • Makhane – 1 cup
  • Boiled Potatoes – 3 medium sized (chopped)
  • Ghee or peanut oil – 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder – half a teaspoon
  • Rock salt – as per taste
  • Cumin – half a teaspoon
  • Green chili – 1 finely chopped
  • Coriander leaf – for garnish
How to make Aloo Makhana’s delicious vegetable

1. First fry the makhans lightly. Put 1 teaspoon of ghee in a pan and fry the makhans on low flame for 4-5 minutes until it becomes crisp. Then take them out in a plate and keep them on the side.

2. Now add the remaining ghee to the same pan and add cumin seeds to it. As soon as the cumin seeds start crackling, add finely chopped green chillies and fry it lightly.

3. After this, add chopped boiled potatoes. Run the potatoes on medium flame for 2-3 minutes so that they become light crispy.

4. Now add roasted makhane to it and mix it well. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes so that the makhane mix well with potatoes.
