Momo Recipe: There is a craze of momos in Delhi, carts are found in every street. Make momos with flour, vegetables and soy sauce at home, serve with pungent sauce. The recipe is easy and low cost.
Materials required to make momos
For flour, you have to prepare momose flour by taking maida 2 cups, salt as per taste and some oil. For filling, you will give you a cabbage 1 cup (finely chopped), carrot ½ cup (grated), onion 1 medium (finely chopped), ginger-garlic 1 teaspoon, green coriander a little bit, salt, black pepper and soy sauce according to taste.
To make momose chutney, add two teaspoons of tomato ketchup, one tablespoon red chili sauce, finely chopped green onion, garlic, ginger, chili flex, half a teaspoon of soy sauce, salt and mix it well. Your tasty and sharp momos chutney is ready.
Recipe
First of all, knead the soft dough by adding salt and some oil to the flour. Now mix all the vegetables in a vessel and add salt, pepper and soy sauce to it. Make small dough of dough dough and roll it thin. Put a spoonful of filling in each puri and give the shape of momos. Now cook them in a steamer for 10–12 minutes. Serve hot red chutney and mayonnaise.
