Ice-cream pakora: A picture of tea and rain emerges in the mind after hearing the name of pakoras. At the same time, as soon as the idea of ice cream comes, there is a feeling of cold and sweetness. But if these two are matching? It will look a little strange, but this is today’s unique recipe – ice cream pakora. You must have never eaten it, nor heard it, but believe me this recipe is as funny as it looks.
First of all you have to choose ice cream. You can take any flavor, but vanilla or strawberries are better for this recipe. Suppose you want to make 4 pakoras, then take 4 scoop ice cream and wrap them in polythene and keep them in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes. This will make the ice cream hard and will remain in shape.
Now take 8 bread slices. Cut all four edges and roll the bread slightly so that it becomes flat. Now place ice cream on one bread and cover the edges with light water and stick it with the other bread. In this way a shape of a ball will be formed. Let it be set again in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Now add 1 cup of maida and 2 tablespoons cornflor to a bowl. Add a little water to it and make a smooth solution. Keep in mind that the knots should not be made in the solution. Now immerse this ball in the solution first and then wrap it in the bread sequence or crushed cornflakes. This will make the outside layer very crispy.

When all the balls are ready, keep them in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes so that they are set well. Now heat the oil in a pan and fry these balls on low flame for just half a minute. Keep in mind that the ice cream can melt from inside by frying for too long. When the pakora becomes light golden, take it out only.
After frying, when you cut this pakora, cold ice cream will come out from inside and the crispy layer from outside, which will give you a different fun in every bite. This recipe is especially useful when you want to surprise someone or try something different.
