Prepared in two minutes
The biggest feature of this special recipe is that it does not take much time to make it and it is prepared immediately. First of all, break the four boiled potatoes lightly. Cut two ripe tomatoes and keep one onion finely prepared. Cut green coriander and green chillies.

After this, add half a teaspoon turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and garam masala and fry the spices on low flame. If the spices start smelling, add chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes melt and dissolve in the spices.
Garnish with it
Finally, add a pinch of kasoori fenugreek, a little more garam masala and finely chopped green coriander on top and finalize the vegetable. Now this wonderful potato-tomato vegetable is ready, which you can serve hot with roti, puri or paratha.
