Material
-1 kg full fat milk
-250 g/1+1/4 cup sugar
-1.5 cup/250 grams maida (or equal amount of maida and wheat flour)
-1/4 cup custard powder
-2.5 teaspoon baking powder
-1/3 cup oil/butter/ghee
-Tutty fruitti and chopped pistachios
-Sal/butter/ghee tin to grease
Recipe
1. Take 1 kg of milk first and keep it to boil. Keep stirring it continuously so that milk does not burn. When it starts boiling, boil on high flame for 10 minutes, until it remains about 700 ml.
2. Now take a pan and keep a ring or stand in it. Grease the cake tin with oil or butter and sprinkle a little flour.
3. Add 250 grams of sugar to boiled milk and boil for 2-3 minutes. Then turn off the heat and keep the milk to cool down.
4. Pre-heat the pan for 10 minutes on medium heat. Meanwhile, filter the maida. Add 1/4 cup custard powder, a little flour to the tutty fruitti and mix 2.5 teaspoons of baking powder.
5. Lukered milk is ready. Add 1/3 cup oil or butter to it and gently add a mixture of maida. You will see that the stability of the mixture is getting correct.
6. Cover the hole above the cake with a silver foil and keep the tin. First place 1 minute on medium heat and then reduce the flame.

7. Check the cake after about 30-35 minutes. In 20 minutes, add some chopped pistachios and cover again. The total baking time should be 40-45 minutes.
8. After 45-50 minutes check with a fork whether the cake is completely cooked. When it looks right, turn off the heat for 5 minutes and keep the cake to cool down.
9. Now carefully demold the cake and cut it into slices. Your super soft cake is ready. Share it with your family and friends and eat it with fun.
