500 grams of peanut curd
2 finely chopped onions
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon mango
2 finely chopped green chillies
1 teaspoon mustard oil
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt taste

How to make curd vegetables: First of all, beat peanut curd well with water so that it becomes smooth. Now keep a vessel on medium heat. Heat mustard oil in it. Add onion and cumin seeds and fry for a few minutes. Now add turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, mangoes, red chili powder, green chillies and salt. When all the spices are mixed well, lighten the gas and add peanut curd to it. Keep stirring it slowly in the middle. Turn off the gas when it starts thick. Finally put coriander leaves on it. Serve this vegetable with hot bread. It looks exactly like a curry.
