Material for making sago laddus
1 cup sago
1 cup fresh coconut grated
3/4 cup jaggery (grated or in small pieces)
2 tablespoons ghee
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
Cashew, almond finely chopped (to decorate)
The method of making sago laddus is step by step as follows
1. First wash the sago thoroughly and soak it for 4-5 hours. This will make the sago soft and softened.
2. Now put 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and fry the sago on a low flame. Fry it until it starts looking transparent. Due to this, there will be no rawness in laddus.
