These laddus are not only spectacular in taste but are also full of energy. These laddus prepared with soaked, dried and roasted sago make a great combination of taste with dry fruits, coconut, cardamom and saffron. Wash the sago thoroughly and soak it in water for four to five hours. This will swell well and it will be easy to cook. Keep in mind that the water should not be too much or else it will be wet.

Now put the soaked sago in the sieve and filter all the water and spread it on a cloth or plate and let it dry lightly. While roasting it, he will not stick and become crisp.

Put half a cup of ghee in a pan and heat it and add dry sago to it. Fry on medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes until light brown becomes brown. Then let it cool down.

When the roasted sago gets cold, add it to the mixer and grind it finely. This will prepare the base of the laddus and will take light crisp in the food.

Now add ground sugar, chopped almond-pistachios, grated coconut, cardamom powder, wet saffron, nutmeg powder and a little salt in a large pot. These will further enhance all the taste.

Now mix roasted and ground sago, ghee and the prepared mixture above all together. Knead well with hands so that all the ingredients become good and laddus are easily tied.
