What is required first to make ghee?

Milk cream is the most important thing to make ghee. If you boil milk in the house, then keep collecting daily cream in a vessel. In a few days this cream will accumulate in good quantity. Store this cream in freeze so that it does not deteriorate.

Way to remove butter
When enough cream is collected, take it out of the fridge and put it in a deep round pot. Now add a little cold water to it and churn well with a wooden churn (or hand blender). In a short time, butter will start floating up and the buttermilk (buttermilk) will remain. Remove the butter and keep it aside.

Ghee removal method

Now put the butter in a heavy bottom pan and cook on medium flame. Gradually the butter will start melting and foam will be made in it. After some time, the color of ghee will start getting golden and brown solids will start appearing in the bottom. This is the indication that ghee is ready. Turn off the gas and let the ghee cool down. Then filter it with the help of a cotton cloth or a sieve and fill it in a clean jar of a glass.
