1½ teaspoon ghee
1 teaspoon Panch Puran (fenugreek, rye, cumin, fennel and fennel)
1 teaspoon red chili powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
300 grams of pumpkin pieces

150 ml water
Black pepper as per taste
½ teaspoon jaggery
150 grams melted butter

How to make pumpkin butter
First of all, wash the pumpkin and cut its small pieces. Now put the pan on the gas and heat it. Add ghee to it. After this, add Panch Puran and fry it until it smells. During this time keep the gas on medium heat. When the spices start smelling in the spices, add red chili powder and turmeric to it. Run it for a while too. Now add chopped pumpkin grind and salt. Mix it well with spices. After this, add water to it and cover the pan. Cook it until its water is lost. After this, the pumpkin will start becoming soft. Now put black pepper and jaggery in the pan and mix it well with the rest of the mixture. Turn off the gas and keep this mixture to cool. When it cools down, put it in a mixer jar and blend it. Its smooth puree will be ready. Now take a tray and put the ice cube in it. Place a bowl in the middle of it, add melted butter to it and whisk it well so that it becomes thick. Now add pumpkin puree and whisk again. Pumpkin creamy, sour-sweet butter is ready. You can eat it with bread, paratha or rap.
