Materials for making kharode soup
Goat found or kharode- 4-5
Garlic-1
Onion-2 chopped
Black pepper-1 teaspoon
Turmeric-1/2 teaspoons
Tejapatta-1-2
Cinnamon-1 piece
Cloves- 3 to 4
Small Cardamom- 2
Ginger-2 teaspoon worn
Green coriander- for garnish
Ghee- 1 tbsp
Salt- as per taste
This soup contains plenty of protein, vitamins and minerals. First of all, find goat or clean the bhors in water thoroughly. Even after boiling it, you can remove the dirt and hair in it. If clean, clean it again with water. Now put the bhors in a cooker. Add water, add salt, turmeric and apply 4-5 whistles. Boil so much that the kharodas are completely melted. Place a pan on gas. Add ghee to it. When it becomes hot, add onion, garlic, ginger and all whole spices and fry. When the onion turns golden brown, turn off the gas. Now add boiled bhora and remaining broth i.e. soup. Mix well and offer it to cook again on low heat. After cooking for 15 minutes, remove it from the gas. If you want to make soup thin or keep it light thick, then add water accordingly. Sprinkle black pepper over above. You can also add green coriander and lemon juice.

This soup is rich in iron, protein and collagen. Drinking it regular will not cause iron deficiency in the body. Bones are strengthened. Fatigue will be removed. You get rid of knee and joint pain.
