Aloo Tikki has been made since 1997
Rajendra Kushwaha says that earlier I started making Aloo Tikki in Chhatarpur city from 1997. Chhatarpur which was not a special city earlier. This was also a small town. Earlier there was not so much sale here, but if inflation was low at that time, the house expenses used to go on. Gradually the population increased, the city increased. Also, the market of the city also increased and we benefited from this market.
Rajendra Kushwaha says that people meet Aloo Tikki in the whole of Chhatarpur, but the potato tikki gets food only in the leaves of Chhaol. Here the disposal is not both of the disposal, but the leaves of the peel are both. It is a tree called Chhaola or Palash. Both of them are made from the leaves of this tree and these leaves make the potato tikki special.
Rajendra Kushwaha says that 12 months of my customer gets to eat potato tikki in the leaf. Because those who come here demand this and hence they come to me. Because they get to eat potato tikki in the disposal elsewhere, then I still get the taste of potato tikki in the leaves of Chhaol.
This leaf makes the taste of potato tikki special
Rajendra says that if I do not have both of the leaves of Chhaola, then the customers return. Therefore, I keep both of them for 12 months. Even if I have to order from Bhopal. But I never feed Aloo Tikki in the disposal. For 100 rupees, I buy 1 hundred leave leaves. Perhaps that’s why people still like food for my shop potato tikki.
A two potato tikki for 20 rupees
Rajendra says that even though inflation has increased today and Aloo Tikki is getting 30 rupees in Chhatarpur city, but I still get to eat 20 rupees potato tikki. However, I also make a 30 -rupee potato tikki.
