Now let’s talk about Aloo Tikki. For this, grate boiled potatoes and add corn starch, some oil, salt and pepper powder to it. Make this mixture well so that a smooth dow is ready. Now put a little oil on a pan and bake the tikkis till it becomes golden and crispy from both sides.
