Material (for 4 people)

wheat flour , 1 cup

Desi ghee , 1/2 cup

Sugar , 3/4 Cups (can do less as per taste)

Water , 2 cup

Milk , 1/2 Cup (optional, halwa and to make rich)

cardamom powder , 1/4 Tsp

Dry fruits , Chopped cashews, almonds, raisins , 2-3 Tablespoon

Method of making flour pudding

Prepare syrup

First of all, mix water and milk in a pan and add sugar to it. Cook on low heat and let the sugar dissolve. To increase the taste, you can also add cardamom and saffron to it. Turn off the gas after a boil. (Keep it warm, do not let it cool).
