To make Malai Khurcha barfi, you put the khurchan in a vessel and cook it on low flame for 2-3 minutes so that all its moisture is eliminated. After this, add sugar as per taste and mix it well. The sugar will melt and transformed into sugar syrup. After this, add cardamom powder and mix well. After doing this, put light ghee in a plate and put the prepared mixture and spread it. Garnish the mawa on it and cut them after about half an hour.

If you do not like hard sweets like barfi, then you can eat laddus and eat it. To make it, 1 cup of scratching, grated jaggery or half cup of sugar powder, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits will be required.
Method of making laddus from Malai Khurchan
To make laddus from Malai Khurcha, cook the scratch in a vessel on low flame for 2-3 minutes. After this, keep it to cool down. Keep in mind that it should not be completely cold but keep the mixture light, then add jaggery or sugar powder, cardamom and chopped fruits and mix it well and prepare laddus slowly. It does not stick to the hand, so you can apply desi ghee or olive oil in your hand.
