Potato

Potato- 5-6
Curd- 3-4 tablespoons
Desi Ghee- 3-4 Table Spoon
Cashew- 10-12
Cloves- 3-4
Blower leaf-1
Black Pepper- 5-6
Big Cardamom- 1-2
Short Cardamom- 1-2
Cumin- 1 table spoon
Lentil sugar- 1-2 piece
Brown onion- 1/2 bowl
Salt- as per taste
Water- as required
Nutmeg Powder- 1/4 Table Spoon
Garlic Powder- 1/2 Table Spoon
Ginger powder- 1/2 table spoon
Red Chile Powder- 1/2 Table Spoon
Coriander powder- 1/2 table spoon
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 Table Spoon

Potato Kurma Method

To make potatoes at home, first wash the potatoes and wash it thoroughly. Then peel and cut the potatoes into two pieces and separate it. Now take oil in a pan and add these chopped potatoes and fry it for some time. Potato has to be roasted till the color becomes golden brown. Meanwhile, prepare a mixture of curd. Mix all the ingredients in this mixture and put desi ghee in a pan and keep it on the medium flame. Now add cardamom to it and fry till the color of the mixture changes. After this, add chopped onion and fry till it turns golden brown.

Now add a cup of water to the mixture and stir it slowly. It has to be run until its water dries up and separates the oil. Now add curd mixture to it, stir it and fry it for some time. After this, add cashew paste and fry. After this, add potatoes to it, add salt, a cup of water, cardamom, black pepper and nutmeg powder. Now cover the pan and reduce the flame of gas. Either cook it for 6-7 minutes, or wait to absorb potato water. Now we will add lemon juice to it. After this, add cream and remove it from the gas. Now you can serve it with roti or fly rice.
