What will be needed
-2 cup prepared dosa batter (marketman or homemade)
-2 boiled potatoes, mashed well
-1 finely chopped onion
1 Finely chopped tomatoes
-1 finely chopped green chillies
-1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
-1/4 cup grated carrots
-2 teaspoon chopped green coriander
-Salt
-The oil or ghee to make
3. Now heat a non-stick griddle or pan on gas. Brush a little oil.
5. Now spread a mixture of potatoes and vegetables over this batter. Press with light hands so that it sticks well.
7. After baking well from both sides, the heat-hot uttapam is ready.
You can eat this delicious uttapam with coconut chutney, peanut chutney-or sambar. If these things are not available in the house, then tomato sauce-or green coriander-udder chutney-will also froze with it.
