To make the pickle of jackfruit, jackfruit is broken from the tree and cleaned it well, after that its big pieces are cut and cooked in a light father, after that it is cooled and mixed with some spices in it, including salt, vinegar, turmeric, fennel, red chilli, dry coriander and put it for 7 to 8 hours, then it is ready to eat it for 7 to 8 hours.

Shivpal Singh said that the popularity of pickles is increasing in foreign countries as well, in which people eat various types of vegetables with salt and white vinegar and eat it by making pickles, which is also beneficial for health, in the rainy season, vegetables often come down in the market during the rainy season, due to which people like to eat more pickles.
