If it is not to be made thin and very crisp like a regular dosa, then cook on medium flame, turn the bottom surface after turning golden, then bake it well on both sides and serve hot.

How to eat banana dosa,
To further enhance its taste, it can be served with ghee or with jaggery and ghee syrup. Some people also like to eat it with curd or freshly chopped bananas.
