Finely chopped dryfruits-2-3 teaspoons (cashew, almonds, pistachios)
First of all, heat ghee in a pan. When the ghee melts, add gram flour to it and start frying on low flame. Keep stirring the gram flour continuously so that it does not burn from below. After some time, when the gram flour starts getting good fragrance and its color becomes light golden, then understand that gram flour has been roasted well.
Now on the other hand, add water and sugar to a small flesh and make a wire syrup. Now put this syrup in the roasted gram flour slowly and mix well. Keep in mind that while adding syrup, there is no lump in the mixture. Add cardamom powder and dryfruits to it. Cook 2-3 minutes and until the pudding becomes thick well. Take, hot hot gram flour pudding is ready.
If the pudding is saved or you deliberately make a little more, then it is very easy to make barfi from that.
