Ginger-garlic paste-1 teaspoon

Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon

Green coriander – finely chopped

Water – as required

Oil – to fry

For gravy:

Onion – 2 (finely chopped)

Tomato – 2 (Make a puree)

Garlic-4-5 buds

Ginger – 1 small piece

Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric, chili, coriander powder – as per taste

Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon

Green coriander – for decoration

Method of preparation:
-Add gram flour, rice flour, salt, turmeric, red chilli, celery, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste and coriander in a bowl. Now prepare a thick solution by adding some water.

-Spread this solution in a plate of fish slices like shape and steam it or cook on low flame. After cooling, fry these slices until they become golden and crispy.

– Heat some oil in the pan. Add cumin seeds, finely chopped onion and fry it golden. Then add ginger-garlic paste. Now add tomato puree and add spices (turmeric, chilli, coriander powder) and fry till the oil leaves. Finally, mix some water and prepare the gravy.

-Insert the bloated gram flour slices in the gravy and cook on a low flame for 5-7 minutes so that the spices reach the inside. Add green coriander over it and serve.
