Material

-Bhindi -300 grams
-Prush -2 medium sized
-Tomato -3 medium sized
-Lell -2 tablespoons
-Sabut cumin -half teaspoon
-Sabut coriander -1 teaspoon
-Turni powder -half a teaspoon
-The chili powder -as per taste
-The chili -1 tsp (finely chopped)
-Derk-garlic paste-1 tsp
-Dehi-2-3 tablespoons
-Cazu Paste -1 tbsp
-The coriander -for decoration
-The masala -a little bit

Recipe
Bindi
1. First wash the lady finger thoroughly and dry it completely.
2. Cut both ends of lady finger and cut it into thin slices.
3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, add whole cumin and coriander to it.
4. Put the ladyfinger in it and fry lightly on the high flame for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add turmeric powder and salt and mix well.

Preparation of onion and tomato
1. Fine onion finely chop and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in the pan, add onion and fry it till it becomes light golden.
3. Add finely chopped green chili and ginger-garlic paste, fry for a while.
4. Add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes and add salt.
5. Add turmeric and red chili powder and mix the spices well.

Gravy
1. Add cashew paste to it and mix well.
2. Add curd and thicken the gravy a little and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
3. Now add fryed ladyfingers to it and mix well with gravy.
4. Cook on medium-high flame for 1-2 minutes so that the lady finger is mixed well in spices.

Final decorations and serving
1. Add finely chopped coriander over the top and sprinkle a little garam masala powder.
2. Serve hot ladyfingers with two pawns with roti, paratha or rice.

1. It is necessary to completely dry the lady finger, so that it does not stick while frying.
