If you are bored of eating the same potato-cabbage curry every day, then now make the cabbage curry with dumplings in a new way at home. It is spicy in taste and tastes delicious with dumplings. Everyone eating will be left licking their fingers.

First of all, wash 500 grams of cabbage thoroughly and grate it finely. Add one finely chopped onion, cumin, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric, green chilli, some green coriander and gram flour. Prepare the mixture slightly wet.

Now heat oil in the pan. Take the mixture with a spoon or hand and slowly pour it into the oil. Make as many dumplings as you can fit in the pan at one time and fry on medium flame until they become golden and crisp.

Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and bay leaves and fry. Then add onion and garlic-ginger paste and fry until light golden. After this, add one spoon gram flour and fry for two minutes, which will give a special taste to the gravy.

Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala and cumin powder and mix well. After this, add tomato paste and two tablespoons of water and fry on medium flame until the oil separates from the spices.

Add one and a half cup water, green chilli and salt to the spices, cover the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes. Then add fried pakodas, mix slowly and cover and cook for two minutes so that the pakodas absorb the gravy well.

Add finely chopped coriander to the vegetable and serve it hot. The taste doubles when eaten with roti, paratha or rice. Keep in mind that do not make the pakodas wet or too oily and fry the spices well on medium flame.
