1. Preparation of bread

First take the remaining rotis of the night. Roll them and cut them into thin strips like noodles.

2. Mix Masala
Now add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and a little corn floor to these strips. Mix everyone well with light water so that the spice becomes well in the bread.

4. Potato-roti mix

Now put this potato spices in the roti mix and mash it well and mix.

5. Prepare paste
Take rice flour in a bowl and add some wheat flour to it. Add salt, turmeric and red chili powder and make thick paste with water. This paste will cook the cooking.

6. Make rolls and fry

Make small rolls with potato-roti mixture. Dip every roll in the prepared paste so that it gets a good coating. Heat the oil in the pan and fry these rolls till it turns golden brown.

Serve the hot hot cocklet with green chutney or tomato sauce.
