Dried chia seeds food
Many people eat Chia seeds without soaking, which is a big mistake. Chia seeds are water -absorbing and if they are eaten dry, they can swell around the throat or in the stomach, which can cause choking risk or stomach ache, only then always soak chia seeds in water, milk or a juice for 30 minutes. This makes them like gel and also makes it easier to digest.

The correct method of this is to add 3 tablespoons chia seeds to 1 cup of milk and keep it in the fridge at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
