To make moong cheela, you have to take a washed moong dal, it is soaked overnight. Apart from this, some spices and vegetables make it full of taste and nutrition. 1 cup washed moong dal, 1 green chili finely chopped, 1 inch piece of ginger, 2-3 tablespoons green coriander, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 carrot or capsicum finely chopped (as desired), salt to taste
Cumin, light red chili powder and turmeric to taste, to bake oil.

First of all, soak moong dal in water overnight. The next morning, remove the water of the lentils and put it in the grinder. Add green chili and ginger to it and make fine paste. Keep in mind that the batter is neither too thin nor too thick.

Now take out this batter in a vessel and add salt, cumin, red chili powder, turmeric and coriander to it. If you can add finely chopped vegetables like carrots, onions or capsicum. This increases both the taste and nutrition of the cheela.

Now heat the non-stick pan and apply light oil on it. Put a karchul batter and spread it in rounding, exactly the same as dosa is made. Add light oil on top and bake on medium flame. When it becomes golden on one side, turn over and bake until it becomes crisp on the other side.

Moong cheela is ready. It can be served with green chutney, tomato sauce or curd. If you want, it can also be given in the tiffin of children by making a roll. The one who would be very tasty to eat, as well as the one who eats this moong cheela once will not forget its taste.
