Ayurvedic expert Dr. Anil Patel says that if we include a particular chutney in food every day, then it can remain under cholesterol control. This chutney is prepared from three leaves, curry leaves, mint and green coriander. These three leaves not only work to enhance the taste, but the medicinal properties present in them are helpful in purifying the blood of the body and reducing bad cholesterol.
1. Curry Leaf: It has antioxidants and fiber. It balances blood sugar and cholesterol.
2. Peppermint: It improves the digestive system, removes gas and acidity and is helpful in cleaning the blood.
3. Green Coriander: Vitamin C, iron and potassium are found in it. It removes toxin from the body and makes the heart health strong. The mixture of these three detoxes the body, purifies the blood.
How to make this sauce
Ingredients: A cup of fresh curry leaves, half a cup of mint leaves, half a cup of green coriander, a green chilli, a small piece ginger, a lemon juice, rock salt as per taste. Then wash all the leaves thoroughly, add curry leaves, mint and coriander to the grinder, add ginger, green chillies, some rock salt, squeeze half a lemon and grind, the prepared chutney can be eaten with any food, it is more beneficial if the sauce is fresh. If you want to store, do not keep more than one or two days.
Weight will also control
Dr. Patel says that regular intake of this chutney with morning or lunch with lunch not only balances cholesterol, but digestion is also good. It is helpful in protecting against heart diseases and also helps in controlling weight.
