Milk – 1/2 cup

Method of preparation:

1. Preparation of mushrooms:
First of all wash the mushrooms thoroughly and cut it into slices. Keep in mind that do not soak the mushrooms in water for a long time, because it already absorbs water and gets wet while cooking.

2. Fry in butter and oil:
Now heat butter and olive oil in a pan. First of all add chopped garlic and fry till it becomes light golden. Then add onion and cook till it becomes transparent.

3. Add mushrooms:
Now add chopped mushrooms and fry on medium flame for 5-7 minutes until they turn light brown and dry all the water.

4. Prepare creamy base:
Now add milk to it and cook for 1 minute. After this, add fresh cream and mix well. Add salt, pepper and mix herbs to it.

5. Let it thicken:
Now cook this mixture on low flame for 3-4 minutes until the gravy becomes a little thick. If you want, you can also put a little thing in it from the top, which will increase its taste even more.
