Material required to create creamy mushroom:
Fresh mushrooms – 200 grams (sliced in slices)
Butter – 2 tablespoons
Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Garlic-4-5 buds (finely chopped)
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Cream (Fresh Cream or Amul Cream) – 100 ml
Milk – 1/2 cup
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Mix Herbs (Oregon, Thyme, etc.) – 1 tsp

1. Preparation of mushrooms:
First of all wash the mushrooms thoroughly and cut it into slices. Keep in mind that do not soak the mushrooms in water for a long time, because it already absorbs water and gets wet while cooking.
Now heat butter and olive oil in a pan. First of all add chopped garlic and fry till it becomes light golden. Then add onion and cook till it becomes transparent.
3. Add mushrooms:
Now add chopped mushrooms and fry on medium flame for 5-7 minutes until they turn light brown and dry all the water.
Now add milk to it and cook for 1 minute. After this, add fresh cream and mix well. Add salt, pepper and mix herbs to it.
5. Let it thicken:
