Make desi mayonnaise with curd
First of all, you have to do that before going to bed at night, put about 1 kg of curd in a muslin cloth and keep it on a plate and keep something heavy above, these curd stays in the fridge all night. In the morning, when you remove this curd, it must have become thick and become like cheese.
Now take two slices of bread and bake them on a slight pan so that they become a little crisp. After this, apply on these bread slices a thin layer of dry red chili and garlic sauce. Then fill it in the middle, the prepared curd-vegetable mix. Now close the bread well from both sides.

Now heat a little ghee on the pan, add mustard seeds, cumin and some curry leaves. When it starts to crackle, then keep the sandwich on it and place it well and roast it well. If you become crisp from both sides, then understand that your sandwich is ready.
