Falahari Dhokla Recipe: This instant is amazing in taste and nutrition during this fast Dhokla fast. This recipe without grain is made in 20 minutes and is completely beneficial according to the rules of fasting.

Recipe: Fasting does not mean just boiled potatoes and fruits… If you twist a little, then both taste and devotion – both enjoy! Today you can make, a special Falahari recipe – instant Dhokla, that too without grain! Just ready in 20 minutes, and the taste is such that whether it is fasting or not, you will say and if you make it, you will need these things

Material

1 cup of Sama Rice (Varai/Vrat Ke Chawal)
½ cup yogurt (not fresh and sour)
1 boiled and mashed potato
1 green chili – finely chopped
Rock salt as per taste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon ino (or baking soda)
1 teaspoon ghee or peanut oil (to grease)

First wash the rice of Sama and soak it for 2-3 hours. Now grind it in a mixer. Then add curd, mashed potatoes, ginger, green chillies and rock salt. Cover with good so that the batter becomes smooth. Now keep this batter covered for 10 minutes and put it in the batter. Now grease a plate or momos steamer plate with ghee and add the batter. Keep the steamer already hot. Put the batter plate in the steamer and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes with a lid. After 15 minutes, check the knife and check – if it comes out, then understand that the dhokla is ready! Now let it cool down a little, then cut it into the desired shape.

You can also apply tempering on this, add a little cumin, chopped green chilli and kadhi leaves in ghee or falah oil.
