Many people avoid eating things that increase weight like ghee and sugar. Now, if you want to make sweets without these two things this Diwali, then know this special recipe. The best thing is that it is also very tasty.

This recipe is not only delicious but also makes you aware about health. Because, jaggery is used in it for sweetness. The method of making up to 1 kg of delicious sweets with just a glass of milk and some simple ingredients will definitely add to the charm of Diwali.

Note this material. One glass of full cream milk, half cup of jaggery, one cup of brown coconut, one fourth cup of watermelon seeds, two cardamoms.

First of all, pour a glass of milk in a pan and heat it slightly. After that cool it a little, do not add jaggery to hot milk. Now mix jaggery and milk well so that both dissolve together. Now filter this solution. On the other hand, apply butter and ghee in the vessel in which the sweets are to be set and keep it aside.

Now put coconut powder, watermelon seeds, two cardamoms in a mixer jar and grind them. After that add cup milk powder in the same jar and grind it again. Keep in mind that during this time you do not have to grind too much, otherwise the milk powder will stick.

After grinding everything, you will have to do the roasting work. So put it in a pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring, keep in mind that do not leave it at all and do not cook too much. The rawness of watermelon seeds and other things has to be removed. Even after turning off the gas, keep stirring for one to two minutes.

Now add jaggery-milk mixture and roasted mixture in a pan and mix well. Keep in mind that you have to mix it only after it has cooled down, otherwise lumps will form. After mixing, put it on the gas and keep cooking while mixing. Mixing is most important here because jaggery sticks.

After some time you will see that the paste will become thick, after that remove it from the gas. Now spread it well in the pan so that it cools down a bit and then put it in the prepared container. After it sets, cut it into any shape you want, this way your delicious sugar-free dessert will be ready.
