Arabic dry vegetable recipe
Material:
- First of all, wash the pieces of Arabic thoroughly, add some salt and boil it so that the Arabic becomes soft. Sieve the water after boiling.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, when it starts crackling, add asafetida.
- Now add boiled Arabic and stir well.
- Add turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder and salt and mix well.
- Cover on low flame and cook for 8-10 minutes, keep stirring in between so that the vegetable does not fry.
- When Arabic is completely cooked well with spices and starts appearing dry, turn off the gas.
- Garnish by adding green coriander over above.
Serve hot Arabic dry vegetable bread or paratha.
If you want, you can also add green chili and ginger paste to enhance the taste.
