If you get some light and crisp food during the rainy season, then there is joy. In such a situation, sago pakoda is a great option. This dish is delicious as well as not harmful for health and it is also very easy to make.

To make it, first wash the sago in a vessel thoroughly and soak it in clean water for about 2 hours, so that the sago becomes soft.

As long as the sago is getting wet in water, boil 2 to 3 potatoes well. Peel the boiled potatoes and mix it well in a big vessel. This potato will help in tying the dumplings and make it tasty.

Now add soaked sago in potato and mix. Add coarse powder of peanuts, finely chopped green chillies, fresh green coriander, rock salt, a little sugar, black pepper powder and lemon juice as per taste. Mix all these well with your hand.

After preparing this mixture well, take a small part of it and make a round or flat shaped dumplings. If you want, you can also give it different shapes as per your choice.

Now heat the oil well in a pan. If the pakoras are fried in mustard oil, the taste doubles. Put the dumplings one by one in the oil and fry them until golden brown, crispy, crisp and tasty.

Take out these fried pakoras in a plate and keep it on a tissue paper. By doing this, excess oil of pakoras absorbs tissue paper. After this, decorate the dumplings in a beautiful plate and serve.

After this process, your delicious and crisp sago dumplings are ready to eat. Now it can be eaten with hot green chutney. Believe it, after eating it, you will also become crazy about its taste. By the way, sago is also considered beneficial for health and people consume it in fast and fasting.
