1. Prepare tofu and potato
Press the tofu lightly and remove its water and cut it into small cubes. Cut the potatoes into small cubes so that the size of both remains almost equal.
2. Fry onion
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan. Add onion and fry it till it turns light pink.
Now add green peas, tomatoes, ginger and green chillies. Keep stirring it well and cook until the peas become soft.
4. Add tofu and potatoes
Add chopped potatoes and tofu to the pan. Add half a cup of water together and add spices – salt, curry powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and chili chili. Cover the pan and let it cook on low flame for 15 minutes. If needed, you can add some more water.

5. Final Touch
After 15 minutes, remove the lid and cook until the water almost dries and the potatoes are not soft. Add lemon juice and mix well before turning off the gas.
Now heat the tortilla or naan lightly. Keep 1/6 filling in the middle and add roasted cashews on top. Add a spoonful of tamarind chutney and roll it like a wrap.
7. Serve
Hot rap is ready. You can serve it with tea, green tea or juice.
Special tips
1. If you want, you can also add capsicum or carrot to it.
2. Do not add chili for children, this will keep the taste lighter.
3. For healthy options you can use Multigrain Tortila.
4. Peanuts can also be replaced instead of cashew nuts.
