Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp
Cumin – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Amchur powder (dry mango powder) – 1/2 teaspoon (for taste)
salt to taste
Oil – 3 tablespoons
Green coriander – to decorate
Wash and cut the vegetables: First of all, wash all the vegetables thoroughly and cut it into small pieces so that the vegetables cook quickly and equally.
Prepare Tadka: Heat oil in a pan or pan. Add cumin seeds to it. When the cumin starts crackling, then add ginger-garlic paste and fry it till it becomes light golden. Then add green chili.
Add tomatoes: Now add chopped tomatoes and fry until the tomatoes are completely melted and the oil starts separating from the spices.
Add spices: Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder and mix well. Fry the spices for 1-2 minutes so that their rawness is over.
