Easy recipe for Golgappa home: Fun in the rainy season.

Make such golgappas at home (Golgappa Recipe)-

Material:
Wheat flour – 1 cup (150 grams)
Semolina – 1/4 cup (50 grams)
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Water – 1/2 cup (as required)

Method:
First of all, mix a cup of flour and less than half of the semolina in a vessel. Now add 1 teaspoon of oil and mash it well with hands.

Now add a little water and knead hard dough. Now cover the dough and keep it for 20 minutes. Then make small dough dough dough and roll thinner puris with rolling.

Heat the oil in the pan and put the golgappa one by one on medium flame. Fry the golgappa lightly so that it swells.

Now fry them till they become golden and crisp and keep the tissue on the air area. Remember, do not keep them covered, otherwise they will become soft.

Method of making water:

Material:
Green Coriander – 1 Bowl
Mint – 1/2 Bowl
Green Chilli-3-4
Tamarind Pulp – 60 grams
Water – 4 cups
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Chinese powder – 2 tablespoons
Bundi – as per taste

Method:
Finely chop green coriander, mint and green chillies in 1/2 cup of water in a mixture. Now keep this mixture in a big pot.

Now add tamarind pulp to it and also add all the other spices. Now add 4 cups of cold water and add boondi as per taste. You can also add lemon to it.

Now cool the prepared water in the fridge. Now make potato-chickpea chaat to prepare the stuffing of crispy golgappas. You can also fill the potato chokha in it. Dip them in spicy water and eat it with fun!
