This will absorb oil and they will become more crisp. Add a teaspoon of cumin seeds to the oil left. Add finely chopped onion when cumin seeds are clicked. When the onion is golden brown, add a teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies.

Then, add coriander powder, fennel powder, mango powder and a little chili powder. Fry for a minute or two until these spices are found well and the fragrance does not come. Finally, add already fried bitter gourd pieces and mix well. Keep in mind that all the spices should be applied well on the bitter gourd pieces. Cook on low flame for three to four minutes. Just your bitter gourd fry is ready! You can enjoy bitter gourd vegetables with hot bread or rice.
