It is often served with roasted gram or peanuts and crispy sev, which makes its taste even more fun.

Material:
- Red tomatoes-4-5 medium sized
- Roasted gram – 2 tablespoons
- Green Chilli-1-2, Finely chopped
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- Black salt – as per taste
- Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
- Green Chutney – 1 tablespoon
- Tamarind Chutney – 1 TableSpoon
- Crispy Save – 2 tablespoons

Method:
- Wash the tomatoes and cut it into small pieces.
- Add roasted gram to chopped tomatoes and mix well.
- Now add green chili, lemon juice, black salt and roasted cumin powder and mix it lightly.
- Add green chutney and tamarind chutney on top, so that the chaat tastes sour and sweet.
- Finally sprinkle crispy sev so that the taste and texture of the chaat increases.
- Serve the prepared chaat immediately, so that the fresh taste of tomatoes and spices remains.
- If you like, you can also add a little green coriander from above.
- Do not store chaat for a long time, it gives real fun only by eating immediately.
- If you want, you can also add papdi or light roasted gram flour.
