Mulayam Chauhan is still handling the same recipe, nor the measurement of spices changed, neither way of cooking. They say. Our onion-potato dumplings are our identity. It is in tradition from the beginning.
The popularity of the shop is that Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party leader Om Prakash Rajbhar himself comes here and eats dumplings. Neither any political program, no pretense, sit on an ordinary chair and enjoy the hot dumplings with chili. Local people say that whenever Rajbhar ji comes to Maradah, Chauhan Dakodi is at the top of his list.
Different fun in taste
About 500 people come here to eat dumplings here. The special thing is that dumplings are fried in low oil, due to which it remains light and crispy. While green chutney or tamarind chutney is usually given with dumplings, thick green chillies are served here. Which gives pungency and distinct identity in taste.
